Jarvis Landry was one of two Miami Dolphins players who got tossed from Sunday’s final game against the Buffalo Bills. The receiver and running back Kenyan Drake were ejected following a fight (watch here) that took some serious time for the officials to sort out before issuing the punishment.
Landry was so upset afterward that he carried one of the game balls of the field with him into the locker room. Drake ended up throwing a Bills helmet across the field, Kyle Turley style. They both deserved to be tossed, for sure.
In addition, Landry has reportedly been fined $48,620 for his actions in that fight, per Pro Football Talk, for unsportsmanlike conduct.
The 2017 season was extremely frustrating for the Dolphins as a team, but Landry actually had a banner year. He led all NFL receivers with 112 catches, which he turned into 987 yards and nine touchdowns.
