With the NBA trade deadline inching closer, we promise to hear a ton of rumors around the Association. That includes both the Los Angeles Clippers and the Oklahoma City Thunder.
According to Kevin O’Connor of The Ringer, Los Angeles has made veteran guard Avery Bradley available in trade talks. The scribe goes on to focus on Oklahoma City as a potential suitor for the elite-level wing defender.
Bradley, 27, was acquired from Detroit in the blockbuster Blake Griffin trade late last month. If he’s truly available, the guard will draw a ton of interest between now and the trade deadline at noon on Thursday.
For its part, Oklahoma City has been looking to replace its best defender, Andre Roberson, who suffered a season-ending injury just recently. Fresh off a 20-point road win over the defending champion Warriors, the window is now for OKC to compete for a title. Adding someone of Bradley’s ilk would be big time for the Thunder.
Though, there’s going to be a ton of other teams looking to acquire him. In fact, Golden State itself inquired about the veteran prior to him being dealt from the Pistons.
