Report: Antonio Brown expected to play for Patriots vs. Dolphins in Week 2

To nobody’s surprise, it’s expected that Antonio Brown will play for the New England Patriots in Week 2 against the Miami Dolphins.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported this live on air Monday:

New England signed Brown to a one-year deal, and it’s been reported that there is a $20 million team option for a second season built in.

Brown is clearly one of the league’s best receivers, so it stands to reason he’ll have a phenomenal season with the Patriots. Of course, that will only happen if he doesn’t rock the boat in New England like he did in Pittsburgh and Oakland.

Logic dictates Brown will try to keep a low profile. He must, if he’s going to ever be seen as a viable teammate again. But in the world of Antonio Brown, logic oftentimes doesn’t seem to factor into the equation.
