The New England Patriots find themselves at somewhat of a crossroads following the departure of six-time Super Bowl champ Tom Brady. Today on the show, TC and NFL editor Vincent Frank check in on what the New England Patriots might do at the all-important quarterback position.

Is former NFL MVP Cam Newton an option? What about Andy Dalton of the Cincinnati Bengals? We can’t envision 67-year-old head coach Bill Belichick going into full-scale rebuild mode after an early departure from the playoffs with Mr. Brady under center last season.

The backdrop here is New England’s lack of skill-position players and the fact that star receiver Julian Edelman might be angling to join Brady in Tampa Bay. We focused on that, too.

There are options for New England. TC and Vincent checked in on potential trades the Patriots could make and look at whether a certain 2020 NFL Draft prospect is both a short and long-term option for New England.
