Pittsburgh Pirates infielder Jung Ho Kang is in trouble with the law in his native South Korea. According to a report, he’s been charged with leaving the scene of a DUI accident.

His blood alcohol level was barely over the American limit of .08. The Korean standard is .05, which he was well over.

Fortunately, nobody was hurt in the accident.
“There is no casualty, only damage to the other vehicle is damaged and the national facilities are damaged,” a police official said, per Naver.
Kang was already in potential trouble stemming from a sexual assault incident in June. As of September, a report from Andrew Goldstein of The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette said that police in Chicago “still have questions for the alleged sexual assault victim.”
