Authorities in Florida declined to file charges against Reuben Foster for the incident that got him released by the San Francisco 49ers. But photos of the alleged victim have emerged.

TMZ Sports obtained photos of her that show very clear wounds.

“You can see a big red bruise on her cheek and red marks on her chest,” the report said. “The photos were taken in the aftermath of the Nov. 24 incident — the woman claims Foster hit her in the face while trying to take her cell phone. She called 911 and cops responded to the team hotel.”

The report also said that “Foster’s attorney tells us he believes prosecutors dropped the case because of credibility issues.” Given that a similar incident happened between Foster and the woman allegedly in February, which ended with her recanting her claims, that’s not surprising.

While the charges were dropped, the NFL is still reviewing the matter for it’s own discipline. Foster was claimed by the Washington Redskins shortly after being released by San Francisco. He was placed on the NFL’s NFI list and has not played a game since the incident.
