Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning probably has one of the largest fanbases of all professional athletes. This includes Sabrina Montgomery, who is a mother of three currently battling cancer.
Montgomery appeared on the NBC’s Today Show after the show received a letter from her daughter trying to get her mom on.
Prior to being diagnosed with breast cancer just last year, Montgomery birthed her third child, who was born with Down Syndrome and with a hole in his heart. Doctors originally gave him three years to live. Since then, Montgomery went to one of the best open-heart surgeons at Boston Children’s Hospital and little Brody is now as healthy as can be.
Unfortunately, Montgomery still battles breast cancer.
Along with the gifts Montgomery was presented with on the Today Show, she was surprised with a video message by Manning, whom Montgomery is a huge fan of.
“Just wanted to tell you that I hear you’re a big fan of mine, and I appreciate that. And I wanted you to know I’m a big fan of yours,” Manning said. “And I’m pulling for you and praying for you and your family. I wish you all the best.”

How awesome was that?
It was an easy gesture from Manning. It also meant so much to Montgomery as tearfully listened to Manning’s supportive words.
Our hearts go out to Montgomery as she battles this unfortunate health condition.
