If you weren’t craving something meaty and cheesy at the moment, you might be now after reading about a new food item available during Green Bay Packers games at Lambeau Field this season.
What sounds better than a bratwurst topped with melted cheese curds? This item is actually called a Brat-in-a-Blanket and it comes topped with beer mustard as well. Yum! And, it is priced quite reasonable at just $12.
Executive chef Heath Barbato of Delaware North at Lambeau Field said this of the new creation.
“It’s kinda the Wisconsin sandwich,” Barbato said, per Daniel Higgins of Green Bay Press Gazzette.”
The cheese topping speaks for itself in the nation’s state most known for its cheese.
