Well, I think the best part and I have to include Chatel, Augustana and Andy andreoff and in that category, Cole bardreau. We have a good group of people. And I think that all of those players, check off that box first. And then when they get on the ice, they’ve been through some different things at different points in their career. All of them have been with at least one organization prior to the Islander organization. And I think that their blend of experiences. The fact that I think like the islanders, the team in Bridgeport is a team. It’s a blend of different people. And I think that the ice time gets spread out amongst all and I think that the biggest thing is they want to succeed for their teammate. And I think that that experience of what they’ve been through as players, whether it’s on the ice was being a different part of the world or in a different organization, that that humility that they’ve had through, you know, success and failure, the experiences that they’ve had in challenges, you know, there’s a level of confidence that they’re able to pass on, you know, to a young player, so when they’re going through challenge, they know there’s someone next to him that’s already been through that. They know there’s someone next to him that maybe can make things a little bit easier, you know, for them to make those adjustments, which is at this level of hockey, and certainly in the NHL, you have to make quickly, and I think that’s what they’re able to do. And I think the fact that you know, they all have different traits, but they’re all similar where they want to win, they want to succeed. They do that with energy in different ways, whether it’s one scoring, whether it’s one playing physically one, you know, using his speed for success. And then you know, certainly you mentioned Cory Schneider and you know, the presence that he brings as a person and as a player. And, you know, obviously I had been lucky enough to know Him track them when he was drafted and certainly was with him in New Jersey and I think his personality and again, what all of them do as teammates is what is critical for the younger player.
