The New York Islanders complete a back-to-back set this evening as they welcome the Philadelphia Flyers back to UBS Arena for the second time in four nights. Here’s what you need to know before puck drop.

Pelech & Martin Head To IR:

The Islanders announced earlier this afternoon that they’ve placed Matt Martin on injured reserve and Adam Pelech on long-term injured reserve. Both have upper-body injuries.

Pelech exited the Islanders’ game in Ottawa last night during the first period and did not return.
