You always want to be helpful in that category. Once you get that first one, that pressure comes off your shoulders. Things start rolling, and, for some reason, it’s like pucks start bouncing on your side.
The first couple of games before I scored my first one, I could tell it was coming. I had chances and breakaways every game. I was like, it’s about to happen. Once I got that one in Jersey, everything started to come back for sure.
Law of attraction. I don’t know what it was. I wish you guys would’ve talked to me quicker than that. Some teams you just feel comfortable playing against. I’ve always felt comfortable playing them.
