
Rumors swirled before the weekend that the New Jersey Devils were investigating an NHL trade that would involve J.T. Miller. However, on Saturday it was revealed that Miller was nearly dealt, and it wasn’t going to be to New Jersey.
In fact, the Devils general manager Tom Fitzgerald has denied even talking to the Canucks at all. That’s not to say something couldn’t change in the future. However, as of now, there’s nothing between the Devils and Canucks.
