However, the New York Islanders opted to keep Kyle Palmieri, unlike Brock Nelson, who they traded to the Colorado Avalanche. Word is that Palmieri and the Islanders are nearing an agreement on his next contract.
Vegas Hockey Now: Speaking of extensions, the Vegas Golden Knights did it again. Adin Hill is remaining in Sin City for the next six seasons. It looks all well and good right now, but what are the long-term implications?
