Poor Tim Tebow. NFL increases the salary cap by $7 million and it probably still won’t be enough for Tebow to land a veteran minimum contract. Hey, at least the likes of Brady Quinn and Clipboard Jesus will get more lucrative deals. Okay, maybe not.
