A general manager and head coach not seeing eye-to-eye is one thing. Once the coach loses his players, it’s a completely different thing. Has Harbaugh’s act gotten old among “key players” in the 49ers locker room? One San Francisco Chronicle scribe seems to think so. This COULD be a game changer, guys/gals.
