The Philadelphia Eagles retained both Riley Cooper (five-year contract) and Jeremy Maclin (one-year contract) prior to the start of free agency. They now have the second highest-paid receivers group in the NFL. This could mean that DeSean Jackson is on his way out. If so, many teams will show interest in the enigmatic vet.
