Historically, Chicago has a bad rep for crooked politics and politicians, which begs one question. How much is Chicago mayor Rahm Emmanuel willing to pay to get these events? We all know Roger Goodell is all ears. Okay, maybe not. Either way, a Super Bowl in Soldier Field would be awesome.
