Soon to be free-agent, Browner was reinstated upon serving his suspension for violating the NFL’s substance abuse policy. The reinstatement nullifies the lawsuit he intended to file for claiming the NFL caused him to skip stage two of a three part drug test back in 2006. Any takers?
