New Orleans Saints punt/kick returner Deonte Harris registered a blood-alcohol level of .246 when he was arrested last month, more than three times the legal limit, NOLA.com reported Wednesday.

He was arrested on suspicion of DUI by Maryland State Police in Baltimore County on July 16.

Harris offered his credit card to police, mistaking it for his driver’s license, per the report. He also failed three field sobriety tests.

Harris made All-Pro as a rookie in 2019 after he led the NFL with 36 punt returns and 338 yards, bringing one back for a touchdown. He has averaged 27.0 yards per kickoff return in his first two seasons with the Saints.

Harris also had 20 catches for 186 yards and a touchdown last season.
