One day after Boston Red Sox legend David Ortiz was shot in the Dominican Republic, fans in Boston let Big Papi know that they were thinking about him.
During Monday’s game at Fenway Park, Red Sox faithful broke out into “We Love Papi” chants.
Ortiz is currently en route from the Domincan Republic to Boston.
There’s obviously a long road to recovery for Ortiz. We can only imagine what the reaction will be when he is ready to return to Fenway.
