The Minnesota Twins reinstated Luiz Arraez from the seven-day injured list Tuesday after the utility player missed five games with concussion-like symptoms.

Arraez suffered the injury after a collision at home plate on May 3. The Twins optioned infielder Nick Gordon to Triple-A St. Paul to make room.

Arraez, 24, is hitting .291 with one home run, 11 RBIs and a .770 OPS in 25 games. He has started nine games at second base, nine at third and seven in left field so far this season.

Gordon, 25, appeared in one game, making his MLB debut on May 6 and going 1-for-2 with a walk and two stolen bases against the Texas Rangers.
