Michael Gallup thanks Cowboys, fans for ‘love and support’ in wake of brother’s death

Dallas Cowboys rookie receiver Michael Gallup and his family were dealt a tragic blow on Sunday when his brother took his own life.

Gallup took a leave of absence after Sunday’s big win over Atlanta to be with his family. Since then, he’s reportedly made the decision to play with his teammates on Thanksgiving Day.

On Tuesday, Gallup took to his Twitter account to offer thanks to “The Cowboys family, friends and fans for their love and support.”

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Gallup, his family and friends as they mourn the tragic loss of his brother. May he Rest In Peace.
