Miami standout receiver Charleston Rambo announced Friday that he is declaring for the NFL draft.

Rambo set school records for 79 receptions and 1,172 yards this season in his lone campaign at Miami after transferring from Oklahoma. He also caught seven touchdown passes.

“I had a great experience and made many memories during my short time here,” Rambo said in his announcement on Twitter. “Breaking the receptions and single season receiving yards records in a season, I could not have asked to be anywhere else. It has been an honor to play at the University of Miami and join the prestigious group of legends before me.

“I have decided to declare for the 2022 NFL Draft. Thank you Miami.”

During his time at Oklahoma, Rambo caught 76 passes for 1,180 yards and nine touchdowns in 36 games (24 starts). He departed after catching 25 passes in 2020.
