Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Ryan Shazier is attempting to make what would be a monumental comeback after suffering a serious spine injury last season. While Shazier has already been ruled out for the entire 2018 season, he’s made sure to remain close to his teammates.

That has come out in a big way prior to Pittsburgh’s season opener against the division-rival Cleveland Browns on Sunday.

Shazier just posted a photo to Instagram showing himself hanging out with his Steelers teammates on the field at FirstEnergy Stadium in Cleveland.

Posing with Shazier were none other than wide receivers JuJu Smith-Schuster and Antonio Brown as well as recently-extended linebacker Vince Williams.

Shazier has acted as an inspiration since suffering a neck injury last season. That’s obviously not going to change any time soon.
