LOOK: No brooms allowed for Game 4 of the NBA Finals

Golden State Warriors fans on hand at Quickens Loans Arena in Cleveland Friday night might very well end up celebrating their team’s sweep of the Cavaliers in the NBA Finals.

But don’t expect the authorities in Cleveland to make it easy for them. Warriors fans sporting brooms have been turned away at the gates and told to return without the prop.

One such fan posted on his Twitter exactly what transpired.

No surprise here. Outside of the brooms being a potential menace during the game, no home team is going to make it easier for fans of the opposing squad to celebrate in their arena.

This represents the second consecutive Finals that Golden State has opened up a 3-0 series lead against Cleveland. Last year saw LeBron James and the Cavaliers win Game 4 by 21 points before ultimately losing Game 5 back in Oakland.
