The New York City area has been the hardest hit single region in the United States when it comes to the COVID-19 pandemic. It really is an emergency in one of the largest markets in North America.

We already saw Brooklyn Nets star Kevin Durant infected with the virus. The Knicks have announced that owner James Dolan has tested positive for COVID-19.

The 64-year-old Dolan is in the age demographic that is most impacted by the novel coronavirus. Though, it does not seem that he has any underlying conditions. He did, however, previously suffer from drug and alcohol abuse.

We’re obviously hoping for the best when it comes to the longtime Knicks owner.
