Josh Rosen trade talks stagnant, Dolphins could draft Drew Lock

Steven Bisig-USA TODAY Sports

Earlier on Friday it appeared that Arizona Cardinals quarterback Josh Rosen was headed to the Miami Dolphins.

While that might very well still be true, ESPN’s Josina Anderson suggests that talks involving the Cardinals and Dolphins are stagnant.

Meanwhile, Anderson’s colleague over at the four-letter network, Adam Schefter, reports that Miami will choose between Rosen and Missouri product Drew Lock when on the clock with its second-round pick.

With the second-round of the 2019 NFL Draft starting here soon, everything seems to be fluid.

We won’t have any idea where Miami might go until it is on the clock at No. 48 overall.

What we do know is that Arizona must move Rosen after it selected Kyler Murray No. 1 overall in the draft. That should happen some time Friday.
