Jerry Jones gave Jason Witten a diamond-covered football as retirement present

By Jesse Reed

The Dallas Cowboys put on an incredible retirement ceremony for Jason Witten on Thursday, and the gift he received from owner Jerry Jones was just stunning.

Jones gave Witten a football literally covered in diamonds.

Jones made sure to let Witten’s wife, Michele, know the diamonds were all real, too.

It was quite a day for the Witten family, as ESPN also officially announced he’s joined the Monday Night Football crew for the 2018 NFL season.
