Los Angeles Chargers tight end Hunter Henry tore his ACL in May and hasn’t played at all this season. But that will likely be changing soon.

As the Chargers prepare for their Wild Card Weekend showdown with the Baltimore Ravens, coach Anthony Lynn announced that Henry will take reps with the first-team offense in practice.

In 2017, Henry caught 45 passes for 579 yards with four touchdowns. In 2016, he caught 36 balls for 478 yards with eight touchdowns.

Given that he hasn’t played in more than a year, we obviously don’t know what Los Angeles will get out of Henry, especially against one of the league’s best defenses. But if he returns to his pre-injury form, it would be a tremendous boon for the Chargers.
