The Memphis Grizzlies have agreed to trade forward Juancho Hernangomez to the Boston Celtics, ESPN reported Friday.

The Grizzlies will receive guards Kris Dunn and Carsen Edwards and a 2026 second-round pick swap in exchange, per the report.

Memphis had acquired Hernangomez and guard Jarrett Culver in an Aug. 25 trade with Minnesota that sent guard Patrick Beverley to the Timberwolves.

The 6-foot-9 Hernangomez, who turns 26 later this month, averaged 7.2 points, 3.9 rebounds and 17.3 minutes in 52 games (six starts) for the Minnesota Timberwolves in 2020-21.

He has averaged 5.7 points and 3.5 boards and shot 35.1 percent from 3-point range in 257 games (57 starts) with the Denver Nuggets (2016-20) and Timberwolves.

Dunn, 27, will be joining his fourth team since being drafted No. 5 overall in 2016 by Minnesota. He played in only four games last season with the Atlanta Hawks due to ankle surgery.

Dunn has career averages of 8.2 points, 4.1 assists, 3.3 rebounds and 1.5 steals in 231 games (126 starts) with the Timberwolves (2016-17), Chicago Bulls (2017-20) and Hawks.

Edwards, 23, averaged 3.6 points, 1.1 rebounds and 9.2 minutes in 68 games (one start) with the Celtics over the past two seasons.
