Freddie Kitchens: Kareem Hunt to play Sunday, will ‘definitely have a role’ for Browns

The Cleveland Browns are on a bad losing streak (four in a row) but are set to get a much-needed reinforcement on offense Sunday with Kareem Hunt set to take the field.

Hunt had been suspended the first eight games of the season due to a violation of the league’s personal conduct policy for kicking a woman at a hotel last year.

On Monday, head coach Freddie Kitchens made it clear he’s looking forward to getting Hunt onto the field and said that “he’ll definitely have a role,” per Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com.

Hunt, of course, is one of the most talented running backs in the NFL. In 27 career games played with the Kansas City Chiefs, the former third-round pick out of Toledo has racked up 2,984 yards and 27 touchdowns from scrimmage.
