Former NFL receiver Joe Horn pleaded guilty to one charge of conspiracy to commit health care fraud and could face 10 years of prison.

Horn, along with Clinton Portis, is one of 10 players facing federal fraud charges.

TMZ Sports shared that the charge Horn pleaded guilty to carries “a sentence of up to 10 YEARS behind bars … as well as fine of up to $250,000 — plus probation.”

As part of the plea deal Horn made, he “admitted to submitting two false claims that totaled up to $149,775 … and will have to pay that back,” per TMZ Sports.

A New Orleans Saints legend who’s recently been honored by the team’s current star receiver, Horn caught 603 passes for 8,744 yards and 58 touchdowns over the course of his career.
