Fantasy Football: Second-Year Player Values

Jordan Reed, Tight End, Washington Redskins  Jordan Reed Redskins 2014 Reed opened a lot of eyes last year. The rookie tight end was gobbling up catches like crazy, until a severe concussion ended his season. Reed played in nine games, and after a slower start, still finished with 499 yards receiving and three scores. He made 45 catches on 59 targets, which should excite many fantasy owners heading in to 2014. Some may argue that the additions of wide receivers DeSean Jackson and Andre Roberts will limit targets, but touchdowns are what you want your tight end doing. Reed should get lots of chances to do that. Especially if Robert Griffin III is closer to 100 percent, which he wasn’t last year. Value – High
