Justin Hunter, Wide Receiver, Tennessee Titans 
Hunter is a big kid (6’4″) and the Titans love him. The question will be how often Jake Locker (or Zach Mettenberger if Locker gets hurt, which happens often) can find him. The Titans have a new look offense and Hunter will be relied upon to be a big part of it. He had his moments as a rookie (four touchdowns on 18 catches). This year, Hunter could be an absolute steal in fantasy drafts, but you have to limit expectations based on who’s throwing to him. He’s also been in the doghouse with the coaching staff, so that’s something to pay attention to. Value – Above Average
