Leave it to fans of the Oakland Athletics to take this whole ‘Star Wars’ craze around MLB to an entirely new level. Taking on the Philadelphia Phillies in an important late-season game, Oakland is hosting a night filled with ‘Star Wars’ related themes, including fireworks to the iconic music.
But it’s the fans that are stealing the show.

Let’s just hope these fans don’t sneak up on others in the parking lot following the game. That wouldn’t be good for anyone.
As it relates to the A’s, they definitely need the force to be with them. This is a team that is reeling big time right now and could use the good mojo that ‘Star Wars’ brings with it.
