Future Hall of Fame basketball player Dirk Nowitzki is in the twilight of his career. At 38 years old, he’s ancient when it comes to playing basketball.
This likely isn’t lost on Dirk, who has been dealing with an Achilles injury over the past couple months. Fresh off a performance that saw him put up 25 points against the Portland Trail Blazers, Dirk took to Twitter to put a troll to bed. He did so in amazing fashion.
You sure I'm not still frozen??? https://t.co/3zwdNAbFLY

That’s how you respond to a troll. Some self-deprecation while mocking those calling you out. While Nowitzki and his Dallas Mavericks are in the midst of a down season, it’s nice to see the future Hall of Famer in good spirits.
He’s meant a whole heck of a lot to the NBA and the international basketball community as a whole. He’s done so in quiet and unassuming fashion while showing himself to be one of the best players in the modern history of the game.
What we learned here is that we probably should not cross Dirk on social media either. Much like he has been on the NBA hardwood for the past 19 years, he’s a sniper with ice-water running through his veins … almost literally.
