Dez Bryant is on his way to a full recovery after tearing his Achilles last year during his second practice as a member of the New Orleans Saints.

Bryant posted a video of himself running on Monday, including the caption, “First time running in a long time… Building confidence.”

Funny enough, Bryant actually slips and falls in the video he shared. Though, he did pop right back up and appeared to be in good spirits.

Bryant didn’t play a single down last year. He signed with the Saints in November, and one day later suffered his season-ending injury.

He’s determined to play again, having made it clear he couldn’t go out with an injury.

One of the league’s best for a handful of years, Bryant’s best days are behind him. However, if he can get fully healthy once again, it stands to reason that the receiver could make a positive impact for a contending team that needs red-zone weapons.
