The Cleveland Browns might have to play the rest of their Week 2 game against the Baltimore Ravens without rookie quarterback DeShone Kizer.
During the second quarter, Cleveland down by 14 points, put Kevin Hogan into the game. As there was no notable injury to Kizer, social media was buzzing with people wondering if Kizer had gotten an early hook.
However, it was quickly reported that Kizer was dealing with a migraine headache and was questionable to return.

Before exiting the game, Kizer had completed 6-of-11 passes for 81 yards with no touchdowns and an interception on a tipped pass.
It’s unknown if this migraine headache was due to anything having to do with football, per se. But we do know Kizer took some big shots early in this game, and in last weekend’s game as well.
