This is one of those stories that come up during the dead time on the NFL calendar. New Washington Redskins wide receiver DeSean Jackson missed the first day of OTA’s (organized team activities) because he was on a planned vacation on an private island he rented. Yes, rented.
Wouldn’t that be grand?
Excuse me while I go book my own island for the month of June. Back to reality for a second. This isn’t a big deal. When Jackson booked this vacation, it was likely under the premise that he’d be taking part in the Philadelphia Eagles offseason activities.

I only have one question. When are Biggie Smalls and Tupac performing a duet for Jackson and his boys in blue on the island? We know they’re still alive and hanging out somewhere together, right?
