The Arizona Coyotes and Los Angeles Kings each traded a pair of prospects on Saturday in a four-player deal.
The Coyotes will receive forward Bokondji Imama and defenseman Cole Hults, while the Kings get forwards Brayden Burke and Tyler Steenbergen.
Imama, 24, scored nine goals and had 14 points in 31 games with the AHL’s Ontario Reign last season. He was originally taken in the sixth round of the 2015 NHL Draft by the Tampa Bay Lightning.
Hults, 23, made his AHL debut last season and finished with one goal and four assists in 19 games. The Kings originally took the former Penn State star in fifth round of the 2017 draft.
The 24-year-old Burke, who signed with Arizona as a free agent in 2018, has 35 goals and 64 assists over 146 career games with the AHL’s Tucson Roadrunners over the past three seasons.
Steenbergen, 23, scored 27 goals and added 34 assists in 156 games with the Roadrunners over the same three-year span. The Coyotes selected Steenbergen in the fifth round in 2017.
