Cowboys player on Jason Garrett: ‘We just got to go out there and win’

A lot has been made about the job status of Dallas Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett after his team lost to the New England Patriots this past Sunday.

Garrett received a lot of flack for his conservative play calling in the 13-9 loss. In fact, owner Jerry Jones did not defend his head coach one day after the Cowboys dropped to 6-5.

It looks like the players are now following suit. Check out this interesting quote from cornerback Jourdan Lewis.

Just one game ahead of the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC East heading into Thursday’s matchup with the Buffalo Bills, these Cowboys are at a crossroads.

Primarily, the team has struggled big time against contenders on the season. Dallas boasts an 0-4 record in games against teams that are currently over .500.

Set to take on an 8-3 Bills squad at home on Thanksgiving, Garrett could see himself on the hot seat even further should the team drop this holiday matchup.
