The Las Vegas woman who died in a fiery crash involving former Las Vegas Raiders receiver Henry Ruggs III was burned to death, the Clark County Coroner’s Office said Tuesday.

Tina Tintor, 23, perished in her vehicle after the violent crash in which Ruggs was estimated to be driving at 156 mph shortly before impact. Prosecutors said Ruggs’ blood-alcohol content level was 0.16, twice the legal limit in Las Vegas.

Tintor “died from thermal injuries due to a motor vehicle collision on Nov. 2,” according to a statement from the coroner’s office.

“Other significant conditions contributing to her death were inhalation of products of combustion, fractures of the nasal bones, right sided ribs … left forearm and (lung/chest bleeding),” the statement said. “The manner of her death was accidental.”

The 22-year-old Ruggs is facing two felony counts of DUI and reckless driving resulting in death. The Raiders released Ruggs hours after the crash.

The accident happened about 3:40 a.m. as Ruggs rear-ended Tintor’s car and the impact caused the vehicle to be engulfed in flames. Onlookers heard Tintor’s desperate screams for help. Tintor’s dog also died in the crash.

Ruggs posted $150,000 bail and is on house arrest.

Ruggs had 24 catches for 469 yards and two touchdowns in seven starts this season for the Raiders.

Drafted in the first round in 2020 (12th overall) out of Alabama, Ruggs caught 26 passes for 452 yards and two scores in 13 games (12 starts) in his rookie season.
