Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck will be without his favorite target against the New England Patriots on Thursday night.

Indianapolis officially ruled receiver T.Y. Hilton out with a hamstring injury he suffered last week against the Houston Texans.

This represents only the third game Hilton has missed during his six-plus year career. The last time he was inactive was all the way back in 2014.

Hilton, 27, has caught 21 passes for 294 yards and two touchdowns on the season. With Hilton sidelined, Ryan Grant is going to have to step up big time. Should that not happen, Indy is looking at an ugly 1-4 start to the season.
