Shea Patterson did something during Saturday’s rivalry game against Michigan State that no Michigan quarterback has done against the Spartans since 2011.

He threw a touchdown pass.

Patterson put Michigan on the board with a touchdown to Nico Collins on the first play of the second quarter.

This touchdown only happened because of a freak play earlier in the same drive, as Collins was once again on the receiving end of a pass. Only, this one was not intended for him.
