Alabama CB Scooby Carter re-enters transfer portal

Scooby Carter was a four-star member of Alabama’s 2019 recruiting class, but he’s back in the transfer portal for the second time since last November.

Matt Zenitz of AL.com shared the news on Thursday afternoon, noting Carter had previously withdrew his name from the transfer portal in January.

It’s unclear why Carter had a change of heart.

Last year as a true freshman, Carter appeared in one game for the Crimson Tide, tallying one tackle.
