Kansas City Chiefs outside linebacker Justin Houston has reportedly signed the richest contract of any linebacker in NFL history.

The guaranteed money portion of the deal is the most noteworthy, and the gaudy amount is sure to make receivers Demaryius Thomas and Dez Bryant jealous as they pursue new deals.
Houston is undoubtedly one of the most feared pass-rushers in the league. With 48.5 career sacks in four seasons, including an astounding 22 last year, he’s worth every penny if he can continue terrorizing opposing quarterbacks at the same rate going forward.
The monster deal certainly sets a precedent, too.
