A report earlier on Sunday indicated that the Kansas City Chiefs shockingly sent their equipment to New Jersey rather than Foxboro. This could have potentially led to Kansas City being the first team in NFL history to forfeit a game.

That’s no longer the case. Massachusetts State Police announced Sunday afternoon that they have escorted said equipment to Gillette Stadium in time for the game.

No one really wanted to see the Chiefs forfeit. This is one of the top games on the schedule for this season.

Remember, this is a rematch of last season’s AFC Championship Game that saw New England come out on top in overtime.
