WATCH: White Sox cameraman wears catcher’s mask for ceremonial first pitch

On Tuesday, a Chicago White Sox cameraman was struck by a hilariously errant ceremonial first pitch. One day later, he was prepared.

One day later, he was right back on the job to photograph Chicago Sky coach James Wade and new draft pick Katie Lou Samuelson for their dual first pitches. This time, the White Sox cameraman planned ahead and put on a catcher’s mask.

He has one thing in common with the woman who threw the pitch.

Both are embracing the newfound fame and both clearly have a sense of humor about it. We can only salute that.
