While some folks struggle to afford one residence in which to live, Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton does not have this problem. He is reportedly selling “one” of his luxury condos for a cool $3.2 million.
According to the Charlotte Observer, Newton owns two condos, units 4B and 5B. The latter unit is listed for sale and is 3,267 square feet and contains three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
Both of Newton’s condos are located at The Trust which is an upscale building located at 139 S. Tyron Street in Charlotte.
Depending on whether Newton actually stays in the other unit on occasion, a quarterback siting might occur for whoever purchases the neighboring property.
At the end of the day, don’t we all wish that unloading a second property for an asking price of $3.2 million was our worst problem?
