For the second consecutive week, a Tampa Bay Buccaneers home game has been suspended due to bad weather.
It happened last week in a loss to the Los Angeles Rams. Officials cleared the stands at the two-minute mark in the fourth quarter, fearful that thunderstorms could bring about a dangerous situation.
In what has to be seen a fluke, Tampa Bay’s home game against the Denver Broncos on Sunday afternoon was also suspended due to weather.
Unlike last week, the game is pretty much out of hand while in delay. The defending champion Broncos lead Tampa Bay 27-7 in the fourth quarter.
For their part, the Buccaneers confirmed that weather was in fact the reason for the delay.

With the game out of hand, it will be interesting to see what comes of this.
